This was the one of the U.S. Navy's most successful aircraft. The A-6 Intruder is a twin jet-engine, mid-wing attack aircraft built by Grumman Aerospace. In service between 1963 and 1997, the Intruder was designed as an all-weather replacement for the piston-engined A-1 Skyraider medium attack aircraft. The model is a pre-built 1/140th scale die-cast replica with some added custom painted details. This very accurate metal rendering comes with U.S. Marine markings and a display stand.
